We tailor our services flexibly to suit the unique individual needs of our services as required e.g.: our staff can do regular or on-going night sleep-ins or sitting in services, day sitting in services, changing bed linen and towels, supervise medication and support with warming meals.

Free Assessment
Once you are happy with our information and wish to proceed, we shall arrange for a Flexible Care Solutions Assessor to visit you within 24 hours to carry out a care needs and risk assessment. FCS welcomes services users who wish to schedule an appointment to attend our offices for a care needs and risk assessment if it is the best option for them, and they are free to be accompanied by friends or next of kin. Following this assessment visit, you shall be offered a fully costed care package. If you choose FCS support, then you will be offered to a contract to sign before we commence our services.
